三 | 在福彩公益金的支持下，我们免费为患者提供炖、煮、蒸等加工服务，为他们减轻负担。”市养老爱心互助协会会长龚丽芬介绍，爱心共享厨房还有理发、缝补、阅读、心理疏导等配套服务，将关怀延伸至更细微的日常琐事与情感需求中。“等饭菜时，我能歇歇脚、看看书，跟志愿者聊聊天。这里就像医院旁的另一个‘家’。”一位患者家属笑着说。

四 | 爱心共享厨房为患者备餐　　福彩公益金用“共享”让因病奔波的家庭在异乡喘口气，也用“一对一”让遭受重度心理困扰的学生眼里又有了光。在丽水市实施的“阳光丽心”未成年人心理健康行动中，福彩公益金专项资助了其中的“4+1”帮扶严重心理问题儿童服务项目。该项目以两个月为一个帮扶周期，分三批次推进，覆盖全市小学、初中、高中全学段，依托“心理教师、心理医生、专业社工、志愿者”组成的“四人帮扶小组”，累计为90名存在严重心理困扰的学生开展“一对一”专业干预与心理疏导。经过持续帮扶，全体学生的心理状态均实现不同程度的好转与提升，无干预无效、心理状况恶化的个案，孩子们的眼神从黯淡回避转向愿意与人交流，厌学、自闭、焦虑等问题明显改善，帮扶效果呈现积极向好的整体态势。　　福彩公益金资助建设的莲都区“丽享家园”，原本是闲置用房，通过系统化打造与功能化升级，变身为建筑面积5671平方米的“96345丽享家园民生服务综合体”。作为全市公共服务一体化改革的示范窗口，综合体精准聚焦“一老一小”“一青一特”群体需求，依托24小时96345热线与数字化平台，建立“群众点单、平台派单、城乡联动、上门服务、全程回访”闭环机制，打造“城区15分钟、山区30分钟”服务响应圈，已累计受理群众诉求267万余件，办结率100%、满意率99.9%。曾经的闲置用房，如今已成为集文化阅读、养老服务、托幼服务、邻里议事、健康休闲、志愿帮扶于一体的一站式全龄民生服务综合体。参观福彩公益金资助项目莲都区“丽享家园”　　“以前不太清楚买彩票的钱去哪了。今天我走了一圈，闻到爱心共享厨房的饭菜香，看到老人孩子们的笑脸，就都明白了。
